CosTella is a cosplay performance team working across event appearances, cosplay model casting, costume and armour production, IP collaborations and content production. We can be involved from planning through to on-site delivery.

Event appearances
Cosplay models at corporate booths for game and anime expos, title promotions, pop-up stores and company events — including booth operation and stage hosting.
Model casting
We source talent to your brief: cosplay models, influencers, non-Korean models and fashion models, matched to your concept and budget.
Costume, armour & prop production
We take commissioned costume work. Complex builds, armour and props included — production can be commissioned on its own for exhibitions, shoots or events.
IP collaborations
Bringing a work or character IP into cosplay performance. We review character accuracy up front and design costume and staging together.
Content production
Planning and producing video and photo content around a brand or IP.
Talks & workshops
Lectures and workshops on costume making and stage performance.
Overseas
Appearances at overseas events and work with local partners. Officially booked in Beijing and Shanghai.

What kind of team is CosTella?
A cosplay team from Korea, active since 2025. We work as cosplay models and run stage content at game and anime expo booths, brand promotions and pop-up stores, and we also take commissioned costume work and handle model casting. We operate in Korea and China.
How does booking work?
Send us your event outline — date, venue, number of performers and scope of work — through the form or by email. We reply with availability and a quote, then move on to details, contract and on-site delivery.
What kinds of events do you appear at?
Corporate booths at game and anime expos, title promotions, pop-up stores, in-house corporate events and university festivals. Most often we handle booth presence and stage content together.
Can we commission costume production on its own?
Yes. Production can be commissioned without booking the team. We build complex costumes as well as armour and props. Tell us the intended use — exhibition, shoot, event — along with references and your timeline, and we will quote.
Do you make armour and large props?
Yes. Armour, weapons and large props are within scope. Build time can be long depending on structure and finish, so please allow lead time when you get in touch.
Can you cast models other than CosTella members?
Yes. We source talent to your brief — cosplay models, influencers, non-Korean models and fashion models. Tell us the headcount, concept and budget and we will propose candidates.
Do you take overseas bookings?
Yes. We have been officially booked for events in China including Beijing IJOY and Shanghai Anime Market. Visas, flights and local scheduling are arranged in discussion with you.
How much does it cost?
Appearances depend on the scale and duration of the event, the number of performers and the scope of work. Production depends on the complexity of the build, materials and timeline. Send us an outline and we will quote.
How far in advance should we enquire?
Costume production and content preparation take time, so earlier is better — armour and large props especially. If your timeline is tight, we can still check availability first.
How can photos and footage be used?
Commercial use of on-site footage is agreed separately in the contract. For likeness rights, please see our Photo & Likeness Policy.
