Photo & Likeness Policy

1. Photography at events

Photography is permitted only during the photo times and in the areas designated at each event.

• Flash, loud shutter equipment and large gear such as tripods and gimbals require prior arrangement.
• Whether video recording is allowed varies by event; please follow on-site guidance.
• Please take care not to capture other audience members in frame.

2. Personal use of your photos

Photos and videos you take yourself at an event may be posted freely on personal social media for non-commercial purposes.

• Please avoid edits that damage or misrepresent a member’s likeness.
• Commercial use such as sale or advertising, and building large archives for redistribution, require prior arrangement.
• Please cooperate if the Team or a member requests removal.

3. Photos taken and published by the Team

The Team, or a photographer commissioned by the Team, may record photos and video at events.

Such material may be used on the official website, official social channels, promotional material and the media kit.

• Where audience members are identifiable, we confirm consent before publishing.
• Material without confirmed consent is not published.
• If you are identifiable in a published photo and would like it removed, please contact us.

4. Member likeness rights

Rights to members’ likenesses belong to the Team and to each member. The following require prior written agreement.

• Commercial use (advertising, merchandising, paid content, etc.)
• Producing or selling goods not approved by the Team or member
• Use as AI training data, and creation of synthetic media
